class="wp-block-paragraph">Grof® Breathwork was developed by Stanislav Grof and Christina Grof as a method of self-exploration within Transpersonal Psychology. It combines deeper and faster breathing, evocative music and integration-oriented bodywork within a structured group setting.

The workshop includes preparation, a supported experiential session and a space for integration afterwards. Each experience is personal and may involve physical, emotional, biographical, symbolic or transpersonal dimensions.

Health form

Once you have registered for the workshop, we will send you a health form to complete.
