Our approach
An experiential practice with preparation and care
Grof® Breathwork was developed by Stanislav Grof and Christina Grof as a method of self-exploration within Transpersonal Psychology. It combines deeper and faster breathing, evocative music and integration-oriented bodywork within a structured group setting.
The workshop includes preparation, a supported experiential session and a space for integration afterwards. Each experience is personal and may involve physical, emotional, biographical, symbolic or transpersonal dimensions.
Health form
Once you have registered for the workshop, we will send you a health form to complete. The facilitation team will review it. If any issue prevents you from participating, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

All listed workshops take place at Quinta da Enxara, in Enxara do Bispo, Mafra, in the Lisbon region.

The fee includes accommodation for the three days and all meals, with full board.

Minimum deposit: 123 EUR, approximately 25% of the regular fee.
After paying, send us your payment receipt along with your full name, email address and chosen workshop date.

Choose your date
Check the calendar and choose the workshop you would like to attend.
Reserve your place with a payment
Pay the full amount or a minimum deposit of 123 EUR by bank transfer or PayPal. If you prefer to pay by credit card, contact the team by email or WhatsApp.
Send your receipt and details
Send us your payment receipt along with your full name, email address and chosen workshop date. Once registered, you will receive the health form and workshop instructions.

Essential information
What language are the workshops held in?
All workshops in Portugal are held in English.
Do I need previous experience?
No. The workshop is open to people without previous experience, provided they complete the health screening and the team confirms that they can participate safely.
Does this workshop qualify me to facilitate Grof® Breathwork?
No. Taking part in an experiential workshop does not qualify you to practise or facilitate the method. Facilitation requires completion of a formal training and certification programme.
Can this workshop count towards the International Training and Certification Programme?
Sessions may be recognised within the training programme when they meet its academic and registration requirements. If this is your aim, please check with the team before registering.

Yes. This calendar shows the dates currently planned. We will continue to add new workshops in Portugal.
