Stanislav Grof, M.D., PhD., Es un psiquiatra con más de sesenta años de experiencia en la investigación de estados holotrópicos de consciencia, un subgrupo grande e importante de estados no ordinarios que tienen un potencial curativo, transformador, heurístico y evolutivo. En el pasado, fue investigador principal en un programa de investigación psicodélica en el Instituto de Investigación Psiquiátrica en Praga, Checoslovaquia, Jefe de Investigación Psiquiátrica en el Centro de Investigación Psiquiátrica de Maryland, Profesor Asistente de Psiquiatría en la Universidad Johns Hopkins en Baltimore, MD, y Académico en residencia en el Instituto Esalen en Big Sur, CA.
Psy. Brigitte Grof, PhD
Brigitte Grof en una psicóloga diplomada y psicoterapeuta licenciada y artista con más de 30 años de experiencia en la Respiración Holotrópica y los estados ampliados de conciencia. Desde el comienzo ha dictado módulos en USA, Francia y Alemania. Desde el 2014 ha desarrollado y enseñado su propio método de terapia individual. Su trabajo artístico ha sido inspirado por sus experiencias en estados ampliados de conciencia y por el arte chamánica de diferentes culturas. El 2017 su libro The True King, una fábula espiritual ilustrada fue publicada en ingles.

A bridge between Grof’s legacy and contemporary professional practice
The Grofian Institute brings together rigorous study, direct experience and careful integration. Our purpose is to make the field of Transpersonal Psychology accessible without losing the depth, context or ethical responsibility that this work requires.
We organize professional training, residential experiential modules, educational programs and international collaborations. Our work serves psychologists, psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, educators and other professionals, as well as people pursuing serious personal development.
We are the authorized representatives of Grof® Legacy Training for Ibero-America, working in relationship with the international training network established by Stanislav and Brigitte Grof.

Grof Breathwork is an intensive experiential method and is not appropriate for everyone. Workshops and training are not substitutes for medical or mental-health treatment. Participation requires appropriate screening, informed consent and respect for local professional and legal frameworks.
